Wherever you go, there are always customers to work with. When I was working for a cable company, I made good money because of the way I treated the customers, even if they bought something or not. I treated them the same way I would like to be treated by somebody else: With respect and good manners.

Customer service is a very important aspect of any job. It is always important to make sure the customer is pleased with the service of the company. Have you ever heard the saying "the customer is always right". That means no matter what the circumstance, always try to make the customer happy.

I like customer services, because it takes respecting the customers.
I also like the using of the manners that the customer service provides you when talking with customers. For example:
1.) Thank you, and have a nice day.
2.) May I be any assistance.
3.) What else can we help you with.

I apologize for my mistake. Let me make it right. Everyone makes mistakes and it is okay to admit that and make it better. You're still doing what you can to give customer service.

I'm not sure, but I will find out. Just saying I'm not sure isn't doing anything. When you say you will find out, and follow through with that, you're not only helping the customer, but yourself as well.

Customer service is a very important aspect in a company, and our surroundings. The first impression is always the lasting one. So it is very important to go the extra mild, its not going to take anything away from you.

Guest love to be pampered.
When I was working in the hotel industry what works best for me are:
- I apologize for our mistake, let us make it right.
- I am not sure, but I will find out.
- What else can I do for you?
- Glad you are here.
- Thank you.

I use to work for Publix and management always let us know that customers were the reason Publix existed. There were two thngs that I knew to say every day and that was "How may I help you and Thank you." Now I'm dealing with people that may have recieved a $7,000 tax bill when last year it may have been $2,500. A lot of people walk in the bulding angry and can be cruel. I always say "I'm not sure, but let me find out." I talk and try to calm them. I've had customers let me know they were upset about their bill, but they appreciated the way I treated them. That's a good feeling.

My comments on these customer service words are indifferent to my feeling on customer service. Reading these words down the list makes you devalue yourself as to think I am someone's servant of some sort. But I do believe they are true and helpful. "Yes! May I help you?" being the best for me.

Good customer service is very important and KEEPS clients in a business. Who doesn't like to be treated with courtesy and respect?

It's always nice to hear, "Thank you" and "Have a nice day!" But to me, it matters more when they say:

"We apologize, our mistake."

Some of the words that work in customer service for me are as follows:

Thank you for your business. Please come again.

I am not sure, but I will find out.

When working in customer service, before each customer leaves I always ask, "Is there anything else I can do for you?"

The list was very creative. Most of the words I exercise. I think my customer service skills are fair but can always be improved.

Customer service is very important for business retention. If for some reason there is a problem, the customer wants to feel respected and taken care of. These tips were very good for dealing with customer service. The tip that stood out the most to be was being apologetic, it makes you and the company seem sincere and thankful for the business.

I think all these words are great.

Without customers there would be no business, and they should come first and be served with respect even when they seem wrong.

I have seen where sometimes customers are not treated as they ought to and I would join in and try to make amends.

First impressions are lasting, therefore we should make it last.

I have used all these words and they have worked for me at different times in my working life and personal life.
