During this blog I went back and learned that you should write out numbers from one to ten, and list numbers above ten in numeric form such as 11, 12, 13, .... in all formal written letters.
Also, I learned of the meaning of Period in the blog Vocabulary Part 3 Use it or Lose it.
I too learned the same thing as Karla and Shenea. You should spell out 1 to 10 and writ the rest numbers as is, reason some numbers would be too long to write in words. eg 12,432.00
I learned that there is a web site that you can personalize your very own flash cards for spelling or math. This will be a great tool for my 9 year old daughter! I plan on sharing it will her whole class. I love it!
I also learned about how to memorize information when writing notes. One thing I need to practice is reviewing my notes with-in 24 hours of writing them, this will help me retatin more of the information.
I learned the formal way to write numbers. The numbers one (1) through ten (10) should be written out. The numbers 11 and higher should be written in their numeric for. I also learned the meaning of the word procedure.
The rule for writing out the numbers was interesting,now I know that I can use words only up to ten. I learn a new word achieve is equal to succeed in doing or gaining something, usually with effort.

I learned that you should spell out numbers from 1 - 10 and write numbers from 11 onwards as is.
Also the more we use unfamilar words in our writing, the more they will become a part of our vocabulary.

The two things I learned are as follows:
1. In formal writing, numbers (1)one to (10)ten should be written in letters, and numbers 11 (eleven) and larger should be written in numbers.
2. Schedule is a word that is frequently misspelled.
