My choice would be to aim low. I need to lose quite a bit of weight and I always aim way too high in the time that I want to lose it. Whenever I do that I get very frustrated and give up. This time I'm aiming for a little at a time within a larger time frame rather than a big amount of weight loss in a small time frame. Look out exercise here I come!!!

When I begin to do this blog, they make me choose for resolutions already writen, that true is my resolution for this year is to finish my studies and graduate, so the tip number two is the one I choose, Don't overload yourself, so I will concentrate on that only one I really want to accomplish finish what I begin on August 2009.

For me it's aiming low. I need to lose 100 pounds to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. If I look at that whole number it is quite a bit overwhelming, as well as a bit discouraging. But if I set a small goal like to lose 10 pounds at a time, it seems more do-able.
I think that telling everyone I know would help me the least. Because, I'm the only one that really needs to know what my goals are. Sometimes people say things that can be non-intentionally hurtfull that may de-focus or discourage you from your goal.

My choice in this blog was, don't overload yourself. For me I need to not overload myself, especially with issues that I know has been worked out. I try not to overload on other pepople's promblems also. This was the most powerful one for me.
My least one was telling everyone you know, I am not the type to tell everyone whats going on with me, because I feel that everyone don't need to know your business all the time.

I think the one that would help me the most is aim low. That way I wont be disappointed if I don't do what I've set out to do. The one that would least help me is to reward myself. Thats why I'm in debt now.

Of the five (5) tips, I believe Number 2 will help me the most - Dont' overload your self. Overloading myself would be like biting off more than I can chew, which may result in failure to keep my resolution.

Number 3 would help me the least - Tell everyone you know. I need to have the self-discipline to accomplish my goal. Telling everyone will not help me to do so.

Waiting to spring would help me the least.

Don't over-load yourself would help me the most.

I think it is a good idea to aim low. Sometimes we set high goals that are difficult to achieve. And when it become too hard to reach our goal, we get frustrated and give up.The best way would be to do it gradually.

The worst idea is to tell people about it.I would better keep it to myself and let them see the result.

Tip number (1) Aim low is the least helpful. And the most helpful tips are: (4) Reward yourself, and (5) What until Spring. Because they give you the advantage of knowing the importance of your resolution to you.

I agree with statement number two I need to finish my studies and start college. I do not agree with statement number four to indulge yourself because I am also trying to lose weight.

Do not have too many resolutions. That is my number one tip.It is hard enough to cling to one or two resolutions, but some people have four ro five. That is overdoing it. Unless you have your mind really set on it, you are setting yourself up for faillure. So,set your resolutions one or two at a time. That way, they become more faisable.

What a great way to start the year by thinking big and acting small. Having said that, my choice is aiming low at my projects, that way I stay focused on my target.

I don’t have a resolution for 2010, however I am resolved to maintain my morals, my values, and my integrity to God. When I set goals for myself, I usually set short term goals and if I accomplish those goals I tend to reward myself.
