Writing - Brain Food

Obviously when you write (or do almost anything), you need your brain to be ready to handle the work set forth. Did you know that certain foods are considered "memory boosting" foods? Some fruits, vegetables, grains, and fish can improve brain health!

I currently eat many of the foods listed including: broccoli, cauliflower, cherries, grapes, red apples, purple cabbage, onions, tomatoes, and blueberries. Most of the other foods do not sound very good, but I can try them.

Brain Food is a good reading plus a nice advise for your health. I am some one who prefer eat well than take medication. I used to take blood pressure pills, but not any more. I exercise, and control my blood pressure twice a day. if my heart is healthy, my brain work well.

I eat some of the foods listed, majority I do not eat. I will try to start eating some of these. However my memory is still good.

My doctor recommended me to take fish oil capsule daily. He said that fish oil is good for heart and brain. I tried a while and quitted. It is so fishy tasted.

My diet consists mainly of fruits and vegetables. Every day I pack some fruits with my lunch, which sometimes include, grape, water-melon, pear, strawberry, blueberry, pineapple, and orange. However, I do believe I could include more green leafy vegetables and fish in my diet.

I eat more fruits than vegetables. After reading brain food I will try to eat more vegetables.

Some of the food listed I try to eat, mostly fruits, dark green veggies, but I need to get blood pressure and cholestorol checked

I don't eat to much vegetables and fruits .. Some of them I like for example I love the red onions , apples , and tomatoes ..Is good know what kind of food is good for the brain.,,

I eat most of the vegetables and fruits such as: broccoli, cherries and also grapes.
I also found that the article that talked about the foods that shrink your stomach is very interesting to.It list foods such as: nuts,and beans, peanut butter, lean meats.
